SAIRUI GHANA HEAD OFFICE OFFICIAL ANNOUNCEMENTS – THE BRAND NEW COLLABORATION BETWEEN THE CHY SHOPPING MALL AND THE SAIRUI MALL

Dear all cherished SAIRUI MALL members and leaders,

After a year of fruitful development, THE SAIRUI MALL's brilliant achievements are accelerating, 

and gratifying results have already been shown. At the same time, as early as March 2019, 

many strong companies adhering to the same common development concept as THE SAIRUI 

MALL expressed a strong willingness to cooperate with us, as many as 10 such companies. 

However, we all know that what is important is not the number of soldiers, but the quality of 

them.

THE SAIRUI MALL only chooses complementary companies as partners, so we have accepted 

the olive branch of CHY CENTURY HENG YUE GROUP, which is one of the best companies in one 

of the Southeast Asian countries (Malaysia). The two giants have agreed to fully cooperate, and 

on the way to build a perfect O2O (online to offline) shopping mall, integrating new retail and 

supply chains in the digital world.

In addition, as we all know, 2025 is the goal that all of us have been pursuing. Now, with such a 

high-quality partner, we believe that 2021-2022 will be a truly remarkable moment for all of us. 

Do you know why? Because CHY CENTURY HENG YUE GROUP has not only joined THE SAIRUI 

MALL through its global supply chain system, but also brought in a capital injection of USD 20 

million.

In order to build the largest O2O shopping mall or another self-proclaimed "African Alibaba" 

partnership, the new cooperation objectives are indeed clear as the pace is getting faster than ever, and the voice too is louder and the functions are getting more powerful. Now that the 

winning trumpet has finally sounded. The use of new capital funds will also be transparent and 

efficient in the following ways:

THE FIRST STAGE - 3 million US dollars (in progress)

1. A new office building will be acquired. Lease of the new headquarters of the CHY shopping 

mall in Accra Ghana, and its new standard operation and new appearance will be officially 

opened to all members in two months’ time.

2. Within the business scope of CHY Shopping Mall, it gradually builds new storage and 

warehouse centers in various countries by the top performing leaders.

3. The CHY Shopping Mall application (APP) will embed smart functions, similar to the live 

broadcast functions of social media such as Instagram and Facebook Story. The goal of 

achieving 100,000 sales a day is no longer a dream.

4. The most important part is the new bonus scheme for our outstanding market leaders and 

fellow members.

5. In order to reward leaders who actively help expand their businesses and who perform well, 

our ELITE and HIGH ACHIEVERS will be gifted at least 100 different types of cars, to all the

respected, qualified and deserved car awardees. Once they meet the reward terms and 

conditions, the CHY Shopping Mall will reward each with a car, prices range from $10,000, 

$30,000 to $100,000. As we have now, Ghana has prepared 1 car worth of US $ 100,000 and 4

cars worth of US $10,000 each for the HIGH Achievers. Within the next 2 weeks, other countries 

such as Cameroon, Nigeria, Togo, Benin, Côte d’ Ivoire, and Congolese and each of the 

mentioned country will be rewarding 3 to 5 cars. They are in place one after another and 

excellent team leaders from all other countries, as long as they meet the car awards standards, 

the CHY Shopping Mall will reward each of them handsomely, and let us wait and see who will 

be awarded with the cars.

THE SECOND STAGE - 5 million US dollars (in progress)

1. It will be used to merge the various businesses of the CHY shopping mall and establish a 

strong public relationship and image of the CHY shopping mall.

THE THIRD STAGE - 12 million US dollars (future plan) 

1. It will be used for the future IPO of CHY Shopping Mall on the renowned stock market by year 

2023.

With the joint efforts of many respected partners, although the coronavirus Covid-19 raged the 

world community for most of 2020, it was a watershed moment for us. We firmly believe that 

this year is a milestone year for SAIRUI MALL and CHY Shopping Mall.
